• Arcadia Medical® Silicone CTS® (Close To Shaft) Cuff Pediatric and Neonatal Tracheostomy Tubes have a wire reinforced silicone shaft that provides exceptional comfort and safe, kink resistant airway management.
• Soft, flexible biocompatible silicone is preferred over rigid plastic and PVC tubes to help protect the sensitive airway of Pediatric and Neonatal patients.
• The Silicone CTS® (Close To Shaft) Cuff fits flat against the tube shaft when deflated.
• Silicone CTS® Cuff Pediatric and Neonatal Tracheostomy Tubes are useful for ventilator support to prevent leaks during positive pressure ventilation (high PEEP or high PEAK pressure). If desired, the cuff may be inflated with sterile water to create a tracheal seal to prevent leaks and aspiration.
• Tubes are available in a Standard “V” Neck Flange or with a Perfect Fit Neck Flange®. The Perfect Fit Neck Flange® is useful for Neonatal patients with a minimal chin to stoma distance and for patients that require the tube to be secured in a low and flat position across the neck.
